This is a virgin piece of excellent Beach Plot looking for partners to jointly invest with the

Sponsors on Zanzibar Island.

The plot is on the Northern East Coast of Zanzibar overlooking Mnemba Island where some of the

best diving and snorkelling sites are to be found.

Infrastructure such as a tarmac road leads to the plot, water is nearby available and solar power

would be used to run lights e.t.c.,

The project could be tackled in stages, and thus requires minimal capital. It is foreseen that

facilities such as bungalows, kitchen, bar and restaurant, lounge and reception could be

constructed within a very short time and be up and running i.e., 6 months, bringing a return

from the investment immediately. Local building materials are within easy access, and the

Sponsors are already in the Hotel and Tourist Business on the Island.
