These are the equivalents
of the western deluxe hotels. Lodge chains such as the Wildlife Hotels
and Lodges, Tanzania, Serena and Sopa and a few other privately owned
lodges and camps keep a very high standard of service. Simpler lodges we
use, such as the Tahi chain (Sopa Lodges) are of a good standard and
also very comfortable.
Expect to be very close to the wild
animals at least 50 - 100 meter's away from them. Sometimes 1m - 4
meters away from your vehicle and may be while they are also looking
for the shed they will be under your vehicle for example Lion's.
