General Information Just ten minutes drive north of Stone Town, situated on the seafront between the famous Maruhubi Palace Grounds and the lush, tropical gardens of Mtoni Marine Centre, we invite you to discover Maruhubi Beach Villas. The restaurant and rooms have spectacular views west across the sea to Chapwani and Changu Islands and south to Stone Town. The six stone built villas all have excellent sea and river views. Each villa has two comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. |

The spacious bedrooms
have large Zanzibari beds (mosquito netted) and ample cupboard space
with the verandas having comfortable loungers from which to enjoy
the sea views. Some rooms have an additional bunk bed or single bed
and are ideal for families.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, there is a seafront restaurant complimented with a fully stocked bar (wine, spirits, beers, sodas) and an extensive menu which is available from 10am onwards. A large fresh water swimming pool is situated next to the restaurant and directly onto the seafront. Maruhubi is ideally located for exploring Stone Town whilst still having the peace and beauty of a beach location. |

rare Red Colobus monkey or taking a day trip with our boat to the
