In July 2008 they opened the first
kite school in
Zanzibar.
It changed the complete scenery of the
East Coast!
Nowadays the kite
sport is growing worldwide and people all over the world are looking
for new hot spots to try this exhilarating sport. Paje has one of
the best beaches in the world to learn the kiting in a safe way.
Our professional instructors are glad
to be of that assistants.
In December 2008 we reopened guesthouse
Bellevue in Bwejuu ( East coast Zanzibar)
We have 8 rooms, located on a rock, with a nice garden and friendly
staff.
Our rooms are spacious from standard to luxurious all with big beds,
heavy nets, big bathrooms and a good big breakfast.
We are there to assist the guest with information about the island, the
islanders and there culture. Also we have a local guide born in
Zanzibar
with tour guide papers to run our tours in a professional way.
Our restaurant serves lunch and dinner a
la carte. We serve local and European food but we are well know for our
lobster, crab, jumbo prawns and
other fantastic fresh seafood dishes.
The guesthouse and restaurant had some help to upgrade itself by a top
chef from Holland. Zanzibar and Bellevue
were exposed to one million viewers on
national Dutch TV on April 2008 ( Noise in the Hotel)
