	Nungwi is a fishing village situated on the northern tip of Zanzibar Island. It remains a traditional boat building centre and it is still possible to observe craftsmen working on the wooden dhows. Nungwi boasts some of Zanzibar's best beaches and has a good selection of restaurants and bars. Seafood is abundant here with fantastic and reasonably priced fish and lobster dishes on many menus.
