All the following documents should be send to the hotel at least 4
weeks before the ceremony:
- 2 photocopies of both of the passports
- Birth registration certificates
- Certificate of domicile
- 2 passports photos of each
- A letter from legal organization confirming that both parties are
not married
The civil ceremony can be done on the beach or in the hotel
conference room or at any location selected by the couple within the
hotel tropical garden.
The religious ceremony has to be done in one of the Zanzibarian
churches.

For Flower decoration prices can vary, depending on which type of
flowers will be used. A prior consultation should be made with the
hotel for quotation.

Dinner can be served in a romantic private area or even on the beach
if tides allow.
You can choose your menu from our selection or even create your own
by contacting us in advance.
